The company sends its first batch of students training from North East India

Bengaluru, NFAPost: NAVIS Human Resources Private Limited India is expanding its Japanese language training and skilling initiative of students and job seekers in India.

NAVIS started its journey in India as a Japanese language training and staffing company in 2002. The move comes in the backdrop of the company becoming an Indian government-approved training and recruitment organisation under Indo-Japan Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

India expansion

NAVIS CEO Takako Oshibuchi has launched the first Technical Intern Training Programme (TITP) from Manipur last month. According to NAVIS India CEO Takako Oshibuchi, a Japan Airlines special flight from Delhi helped India’s first Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) of total of 9 trainees, including 3 trainees to visit Japan.

As a government-approved training and recruitment organisation under the Indo-Japan Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), the company has successfully sent out a total of 25 apprentices since March 2019.

NAVIS became the first-ever company under the Technical Intern Training Programme (TITP) to send students from the North Eastern State, and the first time it has sent Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) individuals.

Caregiver training

The company currently provides a one-stop service focused on the caregiver under the Technical Intern Training Programme (TITP) and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) training for the recruitment of Indian nurses.

Total number of trainees of the company is 112, including 25 Technical Interns who are currently working in Japan under Training Program (TITP), 32 trainees are undergoing training, along with visa processing.

Interacting with NFAPost, NAVIS India CEO Takako Oshibuchi said the company is happy with the service rendered from India and its skilling initiatives in the Japanese language.

“We have offered different levels of Japanese language training. The course fee varies from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 3 lakh. But regarding guarantee, NAVIS is proud to say that the company provides 100% jobs to whoever joins and clears the exam after training,” said NAVIS India CEO Takako Oshibuchi.

The company plans to send a total of 172 trainees by April 2021. Adding on, Via a specific hiring know-how and training process, India’s 1.35 billion human resources will be sent to Japan.

Skill India

India being the next country to supply human resources, in response to the “Skill India” initiative by the Indian government, human resources development will be the priority of the project.

NAVIS will help both Skill Development and Career Development of Indian nurses for Japan, especially where there is a persistent shortage of manpower. Subsequently, the company aims to accomplish it by providing Japanese language training to the N3 level in a period of six months.

NAVIS India CEO Takako Oshibuchi said the current prospects of learning the Japanese language is growing as the demand is witnessing a surge during the post-Coivd-19 pandemic.

“Currently, as the India and Japan relation is more strong and opportunities are more. So entrepreneurs and job seekers are more interested in learning the Japanese language. Due to shortage of manpower due to the ageing population, opportunities for jobs for foreigners are more in Japan,” NAVIS India CEO Takako Oshibuchi.

Besides teaching the Japanese language, NAVIS is committed to supporting in the development of the 1.35 billion Indian Workforce for India, Japan, Germany, Spain and other countries.
